About your host: Adrienne wears many hats. She is a wife, mother, artist, speaker, hypnotherapist and coach. She believes each of us carry a unique purpose and her main purpose in life is to help others find theirs.

Whatever we go through in life the thing which matters most is what we have learned from it and knowing that every experience has something to teach us.

Creativity is not only about creating a piece of art. Creativity is also about stepping outside of the box, taking a risk, doing something different, turning a problem upside-down and looking at the world from a different perspective.
